When you create a plan, we collect the information you enter into the form: your first name, email address, birth year, gender, weight, height, wellness goals, food preferences, dietary restrictions, allergies, exercise preferences, equipment, and lifestyle details. That's it — we don't collect anything you don't type in yourself.
Your information is used for exactly two things: generating your personalized plan, and emailing that plan to you. Your form answers are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to create your plan and are not used to train AI models.
We never sell your personal information. We never share it with advertisers. We never send you marketing emails you didn't ask for. Your health-related answers are used to build your plan and nothing else.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers — we only receive confirmation that your payment succeeded, along with the name and email you provide at checkout.
Your generated plan is stored for up to one year so your personal plan link keeps working, then it is automatically deleted. Your form answers are kept in your own browser's storage on your device and are cleared after your plan is created.
We use a small number of services to run AtMyPace: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI plan generation), Resend (email delivery), Upstash (plan storage), and Vercel (hosting). Each receives only the information needed to do its job.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time — just email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days. Depending on where you live (including California and the EU), you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we honor those requests regardless of location.
AtMyPace is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of AtMyPace after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
